Triple Berry Crisp: A Dessert for Women who Deserve A Bite of Yummy!
Sometimes you just need a dessert that feels like a hug from the inside. A dessert that doesn’t ask for perfection, just a spoon. Welcome to the wild, wonderful, and unapologetically juicy world of Triple Berry Crisp. It’s like a group hug from your girlfriends – sweet, supportive, and a little nutty on top.I'm not a big sweet-eater, but this one made me reconsider my views on sugar. My daughter and I were in Seattle for our annual Mother-Daughter trip and fell upon a restaurant called the Pink Door. It was on a tiny, narrow street (rather alley-like actually) near the fish market, and upon arrival we were greeted with a pretty pink door that led us down an ornate staircase into a unique restaurant that was much more than we expected. From the one-of-a-kind decor to the winding paths that took us from dining room to dining room, to the amazing menu that culminated with a delightful dessert called Triple Berry Crisp. Though we didn't have the exact recipe, we came home and created our own version, which I think you'll enjoy as much as we do.Also, it’s baked. Which means it’s basically self-care. Enjoy!
