Peel, devine and rinse shrimp. Dry with paper towel.
Sauté shrimp & garlic in olive oil & butter.
Add paprika, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt & black pepper.
Remove to a separate plate.
Sauté minced garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes in same pan.
Add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, parmesan, red pepper flakes, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Mix well and simmer 5 minutes, adding additional salt & pepper and fresh herbs to taste
Boil pasta
Return shrimp to sauce and cook another 5 minutes
Add reserved pasta water if needed
