I love oatmeal and this super nutritious version is an excellent source of protein. Each serving provides over 30 grams, which is the approximate recommended amount per meal (depending on your weight). It's quick and easy to make and the taste is delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 tsp hemp seed
  • 2 tsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 cup combined blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  • Bring soy milk to a boil.
  • Add oats and reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Add hemp seed, ground flax, and chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
  • Add agave syrup and stir.
  • Add greek yogurt and fruit.
  • Stir and serve immediately.
